Job Title: JIRA Support Specialist

Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite)

Experience: 5+ years

Contract: 12 months plus

Job Description:

We are looking for a JIRA Support Specialist to support project management teams with JIRA reporting, dashboard development, Confluence administration, and PMO transformation activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience with JIRA administration and support.
  • Complex JQL (JIRA Query Language) queries.
  • Creating and maintaining JIRA dashboards and reports.
  • Creating and managing Confluence pages.

Desired Skills:

  • Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Power Apps.
  • Project Management / PMO support experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available to work onsite in Toronto, Canada.
  • Background verification required before onboarding through HireRight.
