Oracle Utilities CC&B / CCS Test Automation

Location: Calgary, Canada

Duration: 12 months plus extension potential

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Test Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS applications.

Work on Customer Management, Account Management, Premise/Service Point, Service Agreements.

Test Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Payments, Adjustments, Credit & Collections.

Handle Move-In/Move-Out, Usage Processing, Rate & Tariff Validation testing.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.

Track and manage defects/test activities using JIRA.

Mandatory Skills:

8+ years relevant testing experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B / CCS.

Strong experience in Eggplant Functional.

Strong experience in Eggplant DAI.

Utilities domain experience, preferably Meter-to-Cash / Billing.

Good to Have:

JIRA

Oracle Utilities testing experience across billing, payments, collections, usage and rates.
