Responsibilities

Test Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS functionality across customer and account management, premises and service points, service agreements, meter-to-cash, billing, payments, adjustments, credit and collections, move-in/move-out, usage processing, and rate and tariff validation. Develop new test scripts using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI.

Requirements

Oracle Utilities CC&B and CCS experience and proficiency with Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI are mandatory. JIRA is a desired skill; no education requirements are specified.
