Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Delivery Lead
Location: Mississauga, Canada
Duration: 12 Months plus

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Delivery Lead with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, PeopleTools, MuleSoft integrations, and Workday HCM. The candidate will lead technical teams, manage enterprise integrations, oversee application support and development, and drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong PeopleSoft HCM expertise: Payroll, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management and HR Service Delivery.
- Expert knowledge of PeopleTools: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQR, Application Packages, Process Scheduler and Fluid UI.
- Hands-on MuleSoft experience with enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to HR, Payroll, Finance, IAM and third-party applications.
- Workday HCM integration experience, including data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces and Workday Web Services.
- Strong technical delivery leadership, team management, mentoring and resource planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, governance, risk and delivery management skills.
- Experience in HR digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization and system upgrades.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
