Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation for a manufacturing client. The candidate will be responsible for overall program governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, risks/issues, financials, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
Mandatory Skills
12+ years of Program/Project Management experience
Strong experience managing D365 F&O implementation projects
Manufacturing industry/domain experience – Mandatory
Strong Program Governance and Delivery Management
Excellent stakeholder and executive management
Strong leadership and team coordination
Experience with project planning, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
Experience managing SIT, UAT, performance testing, cutover, and go-live
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience coordinating with System Integrators, Microsoft, ISV partners, and external vendors
Strong business understanding and ability to align business objectives, requirements, and solution delivery
