Job Description*
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the client leadership team and the System Integrator.
- Provide overall program governance, direction, and accountability for successful project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, executive sponsors, and third-party vendors.
- Drive project planning, milestone tracking, budget control, and resource management.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular program status updates.
- Ensure business objectives, scope, and implementation priorities remain aligned throughout the project.
- Lead risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management activities.
- Coordinate decision-making and secure timely approvals from client stakeholders.
- Oversee requirements validation and ensure solutions meet business process needs.
- Monitor solution design activities to ensure alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
- Support change management, user adoption, communication, and organizational readiness activities.
- Ensure testing phases (SIT, UAT, Performance Testing) are planned, executed, and completed successfully.
- Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and deployment activities.
- Manage relationships with Microsoft, ISV partners, and external vendors involved in the program.
- Track project financials, including budget consumption, change requests, and forecast accuracy.
