Role: SAP H2R Test Lead (HCM)
Location: Calgary, AB_ Hybrid

Role Summary
Lead testing activities for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors programs across the Hire-to-
Retire (H2R) lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery of HR
transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations,
- upgrades, and support projects.
- Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach for
- H2R processes.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and defect management activities.
- Validate HR processes including Employee Central, PA, OM, Time Management,
- Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent modules.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to
- ensure complete test coverage.
- Track defects, risks, test metrics, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive test automation, quality assurance standards, and continuous improvement
- initiatives.
- Support go-live readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 8-12 years of SAP testing experience with 3+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- testing.
- Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing activities.
- Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
