Role: Senior Program Manager – Digital Transformation
Location: Toronto, Canada - Hybrid
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
- 15+ years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation, leading large-scale programs across web, mobile, cloud, AI, CRM, and customer experience platforms from strategy through execution.
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including roadmap planning, scope management, budgeting, resource allocation, governance, and executive stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional global teams comprising Product Managers, Architects, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions at scale.
- Drive Agile program execution, managing risks, dependencies, vendor partnerships, release planning, and operational KPIs to ensure predictable delivery and business outcomes.
