Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, and content development for software, digital, or technology products.
- Create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and process documents.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Develop documentation for APIs, AI/GenAI solutions, workflows, system architecture, and software releases while ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage documentation lifecycle, version control, content reviews, and adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
