- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
What You’ll Do
- Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently
- Compact asphalt to meet density and quality specifications
- Work closely with the paving crew and foreman
- Monitor mat temperature, rolling patterns, and surface finish
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with paving activities as required

Responsibilities
Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently, compact asphalt to meet density and quality specifications, and monitor mat temperature, rolling patterns, and surface finish. Coordinate with the paving crew and foreman, inspect and maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and assist with paving activities.
Requirements
Experience operating asphalt rollers and a strong understanding of rolling patterns and compaction techniques are required. Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, able to work outdoors in varying weather and as part of a fast-paced crew, and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
