Experience Required
- Experience in construction sales, estimating, and/or project management
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction sales, estimating, and/or project management
- Strong understanding of construction operations and workflows
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and specifications
- Experience with estimating software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for projects
- Conduct site visits and take-offs
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms
- Manage projects from award to completion
- Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and field crews
- Track project progress, costs, and profitability
- Ensure accurate job costing and change order management
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Commission-based compensation with strong earning potential
- Potential base salary or draw (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Generate new business, build client relationships, and prepare estimates and proposals, including conducting site visits and take-offs. Manage projects from award through completion by coordinating field teams, tracking costs and progress, handling change orders, and providing customer service.
Requirements
Experience in construction sales, estimating, and/or project management is required, along with a strong understanding of construction operations and workflows. Candidates should be able to read drawings and specifications, use estimating software and spreadsheets, communicate and negotiate effectively, stay organized and self-motivated, and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
