Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD basic, plus uncapped commission

The Opportunity
We're looking for ambitious, energetic, and commercially driven Business Development Executives to help fuel our North American growth.
This is a modern business development role focused on generating high-quality opportunities through proactive outreach, social selling, and relationship building. You'll be responsible for identifying potential exhibitors and sponsors, engaging decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our senior sales team while building your own commercial skills.

What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and engaging prospective exhibitors and sponsors across the North American market
Using LinkedIn, email, phone, and other social selling techniques to generate new business opportunities
Building relationships with founders, business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers
Qualifying prospects and booking high-quality sales appointments for the commercial team
Researching target markets and building strategic prospect pipelines
Managing outreach campaigns and following up with prospective clients
Working closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities
Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on activity
Consistently achieving appointment, pipeline, and revenue contribution targets
Playing a key role in the continued growth of our expanding Canadian office
Earnings & Progression
$50,000 – $60,000 CAD basic salary
Uncapped commission structure
Realistic Year 1 OTE: $100,000 – $120,000+
Top performers earning $150,000+

Previous experience in business development, lead generation, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, recruitment, telesales, or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
