About BuySell Consortium
BuySell Consortium advises owners of established Canadian private companies on sales, acquisitions and valuations. Every engagement is partner-led and valuation-grade, and the firm works across sectors.
The role
We are adding M&A Executives who know an industry from the inside. You will originate sell-side and buy-side mandates in your sector, introduce owners to the firm, and work alongside our deal team from first meeting to Closing.

- Business and technology services
What you bring
- Ten or more years in your sector as an owner, operator, banker, broker or advisor
- Relationships with owners who take your call
- The judgment to tell a real seller from a curious one
- Based in Canada

Compensation
This is an independent, commission-based role. There is no salary.

Responsibilities
Originate sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates within the executive’s sector and introduce business owners to BuySell Consortium. Work with the deal team from the initial meeting through closing.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in their sector as an owner, operator, banker, broker, or advisor, and relationships with business owners. They must be based in Canada and able to distinguish serious sellers from curious prospects.
