Job Title: Application Support Specialist - Junior

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to support operational activities in a shared hosting environment supporting 200+ Java applications.
This role focuses on middleware support, incident management, service request fulfillment, change implementation, and configuration management within a structured ITIL environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident intake, triage, and resolution
- Service request fulfillment and queue management
- Change request assessment and implementation
- Middleware monitoring and operational reporting
- Support cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
Must haves:
- IBM WebSphere Application Server NDM and Liberty
- IBM DataPower
- Deployment Automation - Urban Code Deploy and Urban Code Velocity
- Middleware Monitoring tools e.g. ITCAM, Dynatrace
- Cloud technology including OpenShift, Kubernetes and Ansible
- Experience with ITIL Incident Management process
- Experience with ITIL Change Management process
