Job Title: Security Specialist - Intermediate
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
We are seeking a hands-on Cyber Security Specialist to support threat exposure management, DevSecOps pipeline security, and cloud security operations across AWS and Azure environments.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5–8+ years of Cyber Security experience
- Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) and vulnerability management
- Hands-on DevSecOps / CI/CD security implementation
- SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, and container security scanning
- AWS and Azure cloud security
- CSPM/CNAPP tools such as Prisma Cloud
- Risk-based exposure analysis, attack-path mapping, and remediation prioritization
- Security automation and collaboration with SOC, DevOps, and cloud teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CTEM activities and prioritize critical security exposures
- Integrate security testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Assess cloud configurations and remediate security gaps
- Configure and manage CSPM/CNAPP solutions
- Develop security reports, remediation playbooks, and technical documentation
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Security Copilot and AI-powered security automation agents
- Threat intelligence and threat hunting
- Healthcare or public-sector experience
- Kubernetes security and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or Azure Security Engineer)
