Job Title: ELMS Developer (Senior .NET Developer)

Location: Regina, SK (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead enhancements for a business-critical online financial reporting application.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years .NET development with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SQL Server, Entity Framework, AutoMapper, jQuery & Bootstrap
.NET 9+ / .NET 10 experience
Strong experience enhancing complex production .NET applications
Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment
API development and maintenance
Entity Framework Code-First migrations
Strong understanding of complex business rules and application modernization
Technical documentation and strong communication skills
Developer mentoring experience

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and deploy application enhancements
Maintain Azure DevOps build/release pipelines
Support UAT, staging and production deployments
Prepare technical documentation, release notes and deployment instructions
Ensure secure, maintainable and well-documented code

Nice to Have:

ReactJS or AngularJS
Telerik UI for ASP.NET
SSRS
Financial or regulatory reporting application experience
Experience working with legislated business rules

Responsibilities
