Job Title: Service Technician

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Report daily to Service Manager using daily work logs, deficiency tracking software, email and order databases.
• Coordinate work plans with the Service Manager and Field Management.
• Provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Actively participate and demonstrate safety in the workplace.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Class 5 Driver’s license and personal vehicle with good driving history.
• 2 years of relevant experience in the industry with fabrication, service or installation of window wall or curtain wall is a must.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
• Result orientated, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process Management
• Ability to maintain speed and accuracy against established targets.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, swing stages and ladders. 

SALARY RANGE
$65,000 - $75,000 annual salary

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Work is primarily in partnership with another Service Tech.
• Physically demanding at times with handling of heavy loads.
• Bending, crouching, kneeling.
• Shared work vehicle and tools provided.
• Forklift, MEWP, Fall Pro and or relevant certification or training is available.
