Key Accountabilities

Lead and oversee the internal project team, including Tendering, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Site Operations, for assigned projects or designated project scopes.

T Endering

• Collaborate with the Tendering team to define project scope and identify system features offered to clients.
• Assist in developing accurate pricing strategies for specialized project requirements and custom scopes of work.
• Support bid reviews to ensure alignment between project requirements, pricing, and execution capabilities.
  
  

Design And Engineering

• Review drawings prior to submission to ensure constructability, efficiency, and cost-effective fabrication.
• Conduct feasibility and constructability assessments.
• Provide preliminary pricing support for various project scopes.
• Review die drawings and machining tolerances to ensure manufacturing compliance.
• Review specifications and project documentation to support procurement and vendor quotation activities.
  
  

Procurement

• Ensure all procured materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Evaluate and qualify vendors based on capability, capacity, and project requirements.
• Align vendors with the appropriate scope of work and production volumes and maintain checklists and tracking tools
• Establish and manage vendor schedules, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Review packaging requirements to support efficient transportation and site delivery.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials, fabricated assemblies, and components to manufacturing facilities and project sites.
• Manage procurement, logistics, fabrication, and assembly budgets to achieve project cost objectives.
  
  

Production

• Ensure fabricated and assembled components comply with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans in coordination with all departments.
• Communicate production requirements, including packaging, labeling, crating, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor execution progress and ensure departmental commitments are achieved according to schedule.
• Support production teams by identifying and resolving manufacturing challenges as they arise.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure alignment with project milestones and client expectations.
  
  

Site

• Participate in project kickoff meetings and assist in establishing project goals, deliverables, and execution strategies.
• Ensure project-related activities are accurately executed and tracked within SAP.
• Coordinate the timely production of visual mock-ups, test assemblies, first articles, and prototype components
• Provide cost forecasts and budget updates related to materials, production, logistics, and procurement to the Project Controller.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and performance reviews focused on procurement, manufacturability, transportation, scheduling, resource planning, and logistics.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities with suppliers, manufacturing facilities, subcontractors, and the Project Quality Manager.
• Promote and enforce all company health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessment requirements while fostering a strong safety culture across project teams.
  
  

General

• Coordinate and synchronize departmental schedules and deliverables in accordance with the project execution plan.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets to ensure project financial objectives are achieved.
• Evaluate make-versus-buy decisions to determine the most cost-effective approach for fabrication and procurement activities.
• Adjust project plans and execution strategies to accommodate changes, risks, and unforeseen challenges.
• Maintain a strong focus on procurement strategies, supply chain optimization, and production logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement, production processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs for procurement and production personnel on new procedures, systems, and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and communication across all departments to ensure project success.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in a unitized curtain wall design, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of gathering and analyzing information, identifying issues, and developing effective solutions.
• Confident presenter with the ability to effectively communicate technical and project-related information to managers, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  
  

Salary Range $60,000 – $80,000 based on experience
