Your role will be to:
- Assess requirements for spare parts, consumables, and maintenance services.
- Research, select, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Order the required parts, materials, and services.
- Manage inventory to ensure availability while minimizing overstock.
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze consumption to anticipate purchasing needs and adjust inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan shutdowns and interventions.
- Verify the compliance and quality of delivered parts.
- Manage physical and computerized inventory using a CMMS.
- Participate in new equipment projects and help identify critical parts.

- You are familiar with the following software tools: CMMS, ERP, and Excel.
- You have basic mechanical knowledge.
- You know how to use basic measuring tools such as a vernier caliper.
- You can read and understand mechanical equipment assembly drawings.
- You are organized and detail-oriented.
- You can work under pressure, manage priorities, and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
- You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- You can build and maintain constructive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
