Cable Leafs has been a trusted name in telecommunications and IT infrastructure for over 14 years. From design and installation to maintenance and decommissioning, our team delivers the critical network infrastructure that businesses across Canada rely on every day. We’re a close-knit team that values diversity, inclusion, and helping our people grow.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Junior Project Coordinator to join us for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of our projects: keeping schedules, materials, budgets, and people aligned from kickoff to closeout. If you’re early in your project coordination career and want real, practical experience in a fast-moving industry, this is a great place to build it.

What You’ll Do

Keep projects on track: Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day project coordination, including planning and allocating resources and materials.
Run effective meetings: Lead project meetings, capture action items, and share clear meeting minutes with the team and stakeholders.
Support project financials: Help prepare project cost estimates and track Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchase orders, and invoices.
Deliver on time: Coordinate project reports and closeout deliverables, including as-built documentation.
Manage materials and inventory: Receive and verify incoming materials, maintain an organized warehouse, and prepare materials for shipment to job sites.
Be the client’s go-to contact: Provide customers with regular status updates and make sure their needs are met.
Help us improve: Work alongside senior managers to shape and roll out new project processes and best practices.

What You Bring

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfort working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A self-starter mindset: you can work independently and also thrive as part of a team.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.

Nice to Have

Experience or education in telecommunications, IT, construction, or project coordination.
A valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for occasional client site visits.
No PMP certification required. We’ll help you learn on the job.
