Your Role

Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Marketing, the New Home Concierge is responsible for engaging and nurturing qualified leads and serving as the initial point of contact for prospective homebuyers. They will deliver an exceptional experience from a customer’s first interaction with Cachet Homes and guide prospective homebuyers through the early stages of their homebuying journey.

Their primary objective is to nurture and identify qualified homebuyers and convert them from interested prospects into qualified visitors at our New Home Centres. This role focuses on engagement, qualification, and relationship building rather than negotiating transactions. Using HubSpot CRM and other digital tools, they will connect with inquiring customers in a timely manner, manage interactions through sales and marketing workflows, analyze engagement behaviour, execute follow-up campaigns and book appointments with our New Home Sales Managers.

The role is part of a collaborative and customer-focused Sales and Marketing team dedicated to creating meaningful connections with our prospective homebuyers. They will engage and nurture leads through digital channels, in-person events, and other marketing initiatives to support overall sales targets and the success of our communities.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

Marketing Integration: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the online channels, digital strategies and workflows, customer touchpoints used in the marketing programs and feedback loops.
Campaign Feedback: Provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing Team on the effectiveness of the digital advertising tactics in generating qualified leads.
Reporting: Prepare lead follow-up reports as needed and provide weekly insights for digital reports.
Prospecting & Lead Nurturing to Generate Traffic
Relationship Management: Manage prospect communication (phone, email, SMS) through HubSpot and other digital tools, maintaining accurate records and interaction histories.
Strategic Nurturing: Execute, monitor, and refine HubSpot workflows to re-engage prospects, promote upcoming releases, and move leads through the sales funnel.
Appointment Conversion: Conduct consultative discovery calls to assess homebuying needs, motivations, and financial readiness; qualify prospects and schedule appointments with New Home Sales Managers.

Sales Collaboration & Support

Seamless Handoffs: Partner with the on-site Sales teams to ensure a smooth transitions by providing comprehensive prospect profiles.
Continuous Education: Visit communities and model homes monthly to maintain a deep understanding of product, features, and unique value propositions.
Team Alignment: Participate in regular meetings to review lead strategy, evaluate performance, and refine sales processes.
Brand Advocacy: Support community launches, promotions, sales and marketing events, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Customer Experience

Homebuyer Engagement: Educate prospects on the homebuying process and provide relevant materials to guide them along their purchase journey.
White-Glove Lead Support: Deliver an exceptional experience to leads across online channels, forms, email, phone calls, or SMS, building relationships and learning the customer’s story.
Sales Team Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with New Home Centre Teams to facilitate a great homebuying experience and gather feedback to evaluate the sales process.

Please note: this role will require occasional evening and weekend work.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, client services, hospitality, or lead management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use sales techniques to develop leads and build customer confidence.
Comfortable analyzing customer behaviour and using data to inform follow-up strategies.
Passion for delivering the best homeowner experience, understanding of customer needs and Cachet’s unique value proposition to create win-win solutions.
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or a comparable system.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with and learn from multiple teams to serve the customer and generate sales.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities outside the scope of the role.
Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) is an asset.
3+ years new home sales experience is preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce sales tactics, strategies, and policies.
Experience in residential real estate or homebuilding is an asset.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing best practices.
