AI & Workflow Automation Analyst

Continuously innovating and implementing new technology, our IT Team maintains and supports all technologies including audio visual, hospitality and head office based systems while partnering with Operations to rollout, implement and update programs to ensure efficiencies.

YOU ARE:

• An Automation Builder: You have 3+ years of building automations people rely on, with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate.
• Hands-On with AI and APIs: You've built with the Anthropic, OpenAI or Google APIs, you're comfortable with webhooks and some Python or JavaScript, and you use tools like Claude Code or Codex. Snowflake or Sigma experience is a plus.
• Business-Minded: You enjoy working with non-technical teams, learning how their work gets done and explaining the options in plain language.
• Practical and Self-Directed: You can take a loose request, find the simplest fix that works and see it through.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Finding Opportunities: Working with departments to find work worth automating and scoping the fix.
• Building Automations and AI Tools: Building workflows, integrations and lightweight AI tools across systems like HR, finance, point of sale and the IT help desk.
• Prototyping and Shipping: Testing ideas quickly, then taking the ones that work to production through our platform review.
• Applying AI to Our Data: Working with the BI team to put AI to use on our data in Snowflake and Sigma.
• Helping Teams Use AI: Showing departments where AI can help, and supporting the trained staff who build tools for their own teams.
• Building Responsibly: Designing with privacy, security and access in mind, and documenting what you build so others can support it.

• Provide compensation between $100,000 - $125,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
