We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Manager to work at our West Edmonton location on Saturday and Sunday with flexible weekday availability.
Our Office Managers act as an extension of the finance and payroll teams. As a key member of the restaurant, their primary responsibility is to manage and maintain payroll, finance and administrative responsibilities with an acute level of diligence and perfectionism. Their attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the restaurant.
You Are
Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met
Confident with numbers as you will be responsible for data entry, weekly numbers and reconciliations
Reliable and trustworthy as you will be responsible for cash deposits, as well as debit, credit and gift card transactions daily
Professional and confident in all aspects of business
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Suite applications
An effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
