Description
The FAcT Training Administrator supports the administrative lifecycle of aircrew participating in the FAcT flying training program. Reporting to the FAcT Air Operations Manager, the Training Administrator serves as a central point of contact for personnel completing training in Moose Jaw and coordinates with the Department of National Defence (DND), internal teams, and external stakeholders.
This position is fully on-site in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The anticipated work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary liaison among incoming personnel, DND, CAE departments, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Contact incoming personnel and provide administrative onboarding information to support their transition to Moose Jaw.
- Coordinate local orientation activities, including facility tours and information about available equipment, systems, and services.
- Support administrative processes associated with the commencement, progression, phase transition, location transition, and completion of training.
- Provide first-level support to FlightPro users and coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate technical or program subject matter expert.
- Maintain accurate aircrew qualifications, training records, databases, and associated documentation.
- Support course scheduling, status tracking, and recurring reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service or administrative support experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with students, instructors, military personnel, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet timelines in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Reliability Status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using or administering FlightPro.
- Experience in a military, military aviation, or defence training environment.
- Experience in aviation or aircrew training administration.
- Experience maintaining training records, qualifications, databases, or recurring program reports.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, training activities, or services involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
