The role we are offering you:

By joining our centralized planning and control team for global software engineering, you will have the opportunity to participate actively during the projects financial review cycles, material purchase and more! That’s why we need your expertise and passion to complete our team!
Here are some tasks specific to this role, in support to the Engineering activities:
- Review cycles (variances (amounts and explanations), budgets remaining and required
- Budget expenses profiling (including validation with resources assignments).
- Regular, structured communication with internal clients.
- Related reports.
- Submit process improvements ideas
- Lead continuous improvement activities
- Other financially related tasks as required.
Minimal Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outllok, Excel)
- Knowledge of Planisware is a strong asset.
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
- College degree or bachelor degree equivalent combination of related training and experience.
- 1 to 3 years previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Team spirit, flexible, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively manage the pressure and stress imposed by deadlines.
- Effective time management and planification; taking into account multiple tasks in parallel.
- Ability to create positive relationships with colleagues and internal customers at all levels.
- willingness to learn new software tools.
