Job Title: Training Operations Support
Department: Commercial Aviation Maintenance Training
Location: Montreal, QC (On-site at customer location)
Employment Type: Full-Time

At CAE, we are committed to equipping teams to excel. Join our Commercial Aviation Maintenance Training team and play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of aircraft maintenance training activities. This position serves as a central point of contact for stakeholders, training administration, and operational support functions to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding training operations and activities.
Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings to communicate updates, gather training requirements, and support alignment across teams.
Support the booking, planning, and execution of training logistics while monitoring operational performance and timelines.
Coordinate and administer training-related documentation, records, and support activities.
Oversee hotel and accommodation arrangements (HOTAC) for personnel attending training programs and support vendor coordination and invoicing activities.
Coordinate secondary training activities to ensure alignment with training objectives and operational requirements.
Monitor and manage training-related tickets assigned to the training administration team and support timely issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
Ability to work on-site at a customer location in Montreal.
Must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aviation, training operations, training administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of Transport Canada training requirements and regulations.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience coordinating training logistics and stakeholder communications.
Interest in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Knowledge of current learning and development trends.
