Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Collaborate with estimating, drafting, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams.
Manage project changes, approvals, procurement, invoicing, and subcontractor coordination.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, scheduling conflicts, and project risks.
Monitor production and installation progress to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
Conduct site visits as required to review progress and coordinate installation activities.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Oversee deficiency resolution, final inspections, and project closeout.

Qualifications & Experience

At least 5 years of project management experience within the architectural millwork sector.
Proven experience managing large-scale or technically complex construction and millwork projects.
Strong understanding of millwork manufacturing, materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and subcontractors.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management and construction-related software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, institutional, or high-end residential millwork projects.
Familiarity with AWMAC or AWI industry standards.
Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
Previous hands-on experience in cabinetmaking, drafting, estimating, manufacturing, or installation.
