Maintain governance of CRM and ERP systems to ensure data integrity, process consistency, and reporting accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, integration, and standardization of business processes.
Support leadership with operational analysis, executive reporting, and business insights.
Champion adoption of governance frameworks, business tools, and operational processes across the organization.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational knowledge repositories, process documentation, and training materials.
