Position Overview

The Site Manager is the mobile on-site operational lead responsible for managing stocktaking activities, supervising field teams, coordinating with DND personnel, and ensuring successful completion of assigned task authorizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site project execution.
  • Supervise contractor personnel.
  • Coordinate daily stocktaking operations.
  • Liaise with local DND representatives.
  • Manage resource scheduling and productivity.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations.
  • Monitor inventory management processes.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports.
  • Prepare task completion reports.
  • Deliver final project briefings.
  • Ensure quality, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Highschool or post-secondary graduation
  • Eligible for Reliability Status and/or Secret Clearance
  • 3+ years supervising 5+ personnel in supply or material management environments.
  • 3+ years supply and material management experience.
  • 3+ years SAP Material Management Module and/or DRMIS experience.
