Calian est à la recherche d’un(e) commis aux finances dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée à temps plein jusqu’au 5 novembre 2026, afin de soutenir l’administration et le traitement des demandes de remboursement des frais de déplacement des candidats des Forces armées canadiennes (FAC). La personne retenue fournira un soutien administratif, financier et de bureau afin d’assurer l’exactitude, le suivi et le traitement des dossiers conformément aux politiques et procédures applicables du ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN), des FAC et du Groupe de recrutement des Forces canadiennes (GRFC).

Responsabilités

Recevoir, examiner, enregistrer, suivre et organiser les demandes de remboursement des frais de déplacement des candidats des FAC ainsi que la documentation justificative connexe.
Vérifier l’exhaustivité, l’exactitude et la conformité administrative des demandes, y compris les formulaires, reçus, autorisations, signatures et renseignements financiers requis.
Effectuer une revue préliminaire des demandes conformément aux politiques, procédures, taux et indemnités de déplacement applicables du MDN, des FAC, du GRFC et du Conseil national mixte (CNM).
Repérer les renseignements manquants, incomplets, incohérents, en double ou potentiellement non conformes et préparer les suivis requis.
Calculer, valider et rapprocher les montants admissibles liés aux frais de transport, d’hébergement, de repas, aux faux frais et aux autres dépenses autorisées.
Préparer les dossiers complets aux fins de vérification, de certification, d’approbation et de traitement des paiements par le personnel autorisé du MDN ou des FAC.
Tenir à jour les outils de suivi, registres, feuilles de calcul et bases de données liés au traitement des remboursements.
Communiquer avec les candidats, les Centres de recrutement des Forces canadiennes, les détachements et les autres intervenants afin d’obtenir les renseignements requis, de fournir des mises à jour et de répondre aux demandes administratives courantes.
Acheminer les dossiers complexes, les questions d’interprétation de politiques, les litiges relatifs aux indemnités ou les situations particulières à l’autorité technique ou au représentant désigné.
Compiler des statistiques, rapports de charge de travail et sommaires de traitement des remboursements.
Classer, conserver et transmettre les dossiers conformément aux exigences du gouvernement du Canada en matière de gestion de l’information, de sécurité et de protection des renseignements personnels.
Utiliser la suite Microsoft Office, le courrier électronique, les bases de données, les feuilles de calcul et les autres outils administratifs approuvés.
Fournir un soutien administratif, financier et de bureau directement lié au traitement, au suivi, au rapprochement et à la production de rapports concernant les remboursements des frais de déplacement des candidats des FAC.

Qualifications

Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience en soutien financier acquises au cours des cinq (5) dernières années.
Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience de travail dans un environnement collaboratif au cours des cinq (5) dernières années.
Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience avec Microsoft Office (notamment Outlook) ainsi qu’avec les logiciels PDF tels qu’Adobe Acrobat ou Foxit au cours des cinq (5) dernières années.
Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience en service à la clientèle acquises au cours des cinq (5) dernières années.
Excellente attention aux détails et solides compétences organisationnelles.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale ainsi qu’en service à la clientèle.
Une expérience au sein du gouvernement du Canada, du MDN, des FAC ou dans le traitement de remboursements de frais de déplacement constitue un atout.

Exigences supplémentaires

Capacité d’obtenir et de maintenir une cote de fiabilité du gouvernement du Canada.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of financial support, collaborative work, Microsoft Office and PDF software, and customer service experience, all gained within the past five years. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are required; Canadian government or travel reimbursement experience is an asset, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status.
