Position Overview

We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Health Services team supporting a portfolio of psychological services contracts for national, provincial, and municipal law enforcement and public safety organizations. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring contract success through strong client relationship management, contract compliance, workforce engagement, service delivery oversight, and financial stewardship.

This position is ideal for a confident and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and can balance competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of contracts of varying size, complexity, and activity levels
Support workforce satisfaction, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, retention, and growth objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship management, issue resolution, and escalations
Monitor contract performance and ensure service level commitments are met
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Contract Administration teams
Track contract deliverables, budgets, billing, invoicing, and financial performance to ensure compliance with approved rates and contract requirements
Work closely with coordinators, psychologists, and test administrators to ensure efficient service delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvement, contract growth, and enhanced customer service
Support proposal and contract renewal activities as a subject matter expert
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication related to assigned contracts

Qualifications

A post-secondary education in a healthcare, business, or a related field
3 to 5 years of contract administration, project management, customer success, account management, or related experience
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong financial awareness and understanding of contract compliance requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience supporting service delivery, contracts, or customer-facing operations

Additional Requirements

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
French and English bilingualism is strongly preferred and will be considered an asset for this role
Experience within healthcare, mental health, public safety, or professional services environments will also be considered an asset
Ability to work out of our Burlington, ON or Ottawa, ON office (one or the other) on occaion would be preferred but will not be required for this role
Occasional client-related travel may not be required (0-20%)

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000CAD annually.
