Job Summary

Cambay Solutions is seeking a consultative Change Adoption & Organizational Design Consultant to embed people-centered change, adoption, and enablement into our Microsoft technology practices and client engagements. At times, this role will partner with technical delivery teams and client leaders to translate Microsoft-enabled transformation - including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, and related solutions - into clear workforce impacts, adoption strategies, and sustainable new ways of working.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable delivering practical change enablement activities and advising on organizational design. They will assess how technology changes roles, responsibilities, structures, governance, skills, decision rights, and ways of working; design fit-for-purpose interventions; and help clients realize measurable business value and sustained adoption.

Key Deliverables & Required Experience

1. Integrate change into Microsoft delivery: Partner with pursuit, practice, project, and technical leads to embed change adoption and enablement activities into Microsoft solution approaches, estimates, statements of work, delivery plans, releases, and governance from discovery through stabilization.

2. Develop adoption strategies and roadmaps: Create scalable, client-specific change strategies that align business outcomes, stakeholder needs, technical milestones, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and measurable adoption goals.

3. Assess organizational and workforce impacts: Lead current- and future-state assessments to identify how Microsoft solutions affect roles, responsibilities, skills, capacity, processes, policies, behaviors, decision rights, governance, and cross-functional ways of working.

4. Design future-state organizations: Advise clients on organizational design options and produce practical deliverables such as operating model recommendations, role definitions, capability maps, spans and layers considerations, governance models, decision matrices, RACI frameworks, and transition plans.

5. Translate technology into business impact: Work effectively with Microsoft architects, functional consultants, developers, product owners, and client SMEs to convert solution decisions into clear, role-based impacts and actionable guidance for leaders, managers, employees, and support teams.

6. Lead stakeholder, sponsor, and manager enablement: Conduct stakeholder analysis, establish sponsor and change champion networks, facilitate alignment sessions, equip people leaders with toolkits and talking points, and coach leaders to reinforce new behaviors and address resistance.

7. Deliver communications and role-based learning: Develop audience-specific communication plans, executive messaging, FAQs, training strategies, curricula, job aids, quick reference guides, process flows, and day-in-the-life materials that enable people to perform confidently in the future state.

8. Measure readiness, adoption, and value realization: Define meaningful success measures and use surveys, readiness checkpoints, training data, usage signals, support trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify risks, recommend interventions, and report progress to project and executive governance forums.

9. Bring relevant consulting and delivery experience: Demonstrate at least five years of hands-on change management, adoption, workforce transformation, or organizational design experience in client-facing environments, including delivery on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, ERP, CRM, or comparable enterprise technology programs.

10. Apply strong advisory and execution capabilities: Show proven skill in facilitation, executive communication, structured problem solving, project planning, risk and dependency management, and creation of high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.

At least 5 years change adoption experience, within a consultant environment preferred

Prosci or equivalent change certification, PMP and/or ITIL a plus.

Demonstrated success in remote/global or hybrid environments

Interpersonal & Professional Skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Strong stakeholder management and executive coaching capabilities.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret adoption data and adjust strategies.

Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change methodologies.

Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
