About Us
Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future. The Role
Working as a member in Cameco’s governance department, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of governance and legal work in a global organization.
In This Role, You Will
- Assist with corporate governance and entity management activities relating to Cameco’s subsidiaries and strategic entities, including organizing and maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.
- Help develop and maintain processes, controls, and documentation to support effective entity governance practices.
- Conduct legal and governance research and prepare summaries and memoranda.
Required
- you are currently in your first year as a law student in university; and
- you must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco.
