Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties by supporting the team with basic paperwork and client communications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone who interacts with Can X Global Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients, visitors, and partners to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our services.
Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, maintaining the calendar, and coordinating meetings.
Assist clients with basic guidance on immigration paperwork and forms.
Maintain organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal protocols.
Support the team with general administrative tasks, document preparation, and data entry.
Coordinate with consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates for clients.
Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and support general office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or client-facing role is preferred.
Basic familiarity with Canadian immigration forms, terminology, or processes is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Excellent verbal communication skills needed
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning internal systems.
