Original job description

We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional customer service and delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
Previous Banquet Captain experience is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Knowledge of banquet service procedures and etiquette is a plus.
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
