Advance digital compliance records, DPP readiness and promote compliance data integration.
Lead global labelling management and compliance, translating regulatory and Canada Goose requirements into accurate, market-based labelling specifications.
Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement requirements, review and approve labelling content, manage regulatory changes, maintain supporting documentation and address labelling risks or non-conformances before products enter the market.
Lead the reporting, investigation and resolution of product integrity, and safety concerns, escalating material risks and recommending remediation, product holds or recalls as needed.
Develop and manage the Product Integrity and Compliance budget, monitor and optimize spending across testing, certification and other compliance activities.
Lead, coach and develop the team with clear objectives and accountability.
Prioritize resources based on risk and strengthen succession and cross-training.
Build a culture of ownership, constructive challenge and early escalation; deliver targeted training.
