You’ll also…
- Serve alcoholic beverages to guests while providing exceptional guest service
- Enforce all Department policies
- Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
- Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations, department specifications and the Liquor Control Board
- Address any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park
- Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and
- equipment
- Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Assist the food service associates and bussers with service, table clearing/setting, and cleaning on a regular basis
- Assist in other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
Serve alcoholic beverages and food while providing exceptional guest service and addressing questions or concerns. Follow department policies and health regulations, maintain clean and sanitary work areas, operate equipment safely, and assist food service associates and bussers.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have current Smart Serve Certification or be willing to obtain it. They must be legally authorized to work 40 hours per week, able to lift up to 30 pounds, and available for flexible weekday, weekend, late-night, and holiday shifts.
