Monitoring timelines, dependencies, capacity and project status, you will identify risks early and support timely resolution of operational issues.
Coaching users on workflow processes and platform functionality, you will provide hands-on support, resolve issues and help drive user adoption.
Driving workflow governance, reporting and continuous improvement, you will gather user feedback, prioritize enhancements and maintain a backlog of future improvements in collaboration with the platform owner and implementation partner.
Managing relationships with marketing technology and agency vendors, you will support service-level tracking, renewals, issue escalation and coordination with Finance and Procurement.
Facilitating the department's learning and development program, you will coordinate training opportunities, support skills development initiatives and track participation.
Championing the effective use of marketing technology, you will help improve adoption of existing tools through training, guidance and usage insights.
Exploring practical AI applications, you will identify, pilot and help scale opportunities that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
