Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, caterers, and third-party vendors by communicating service requirements, providing forecasts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company standards
Coordinate charter catering operations, monitor charter requirements, and serve as the primary contact for charter-related onboard services
Investigate service irregularities, respond to inflight reports, and support corrective action planning and implementation
Maintain documentation, including galley specifications, onboard product records, and operational procedures
Promote a culture of safety by supporting hazard reporting, risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Remain informed of scheduled flight operations and provide operational support as required
