Support menu planning and development, onboard product enhancements, service standards, cost management initiatives, and customer experience improvements
Coordinate loading logistics and distribution of onboard products, galley equipment, catering supplies, passenger amenities, and commissary items
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, caterers, and third-party vendors by communicating service requirements, providing forecasts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company standards
Coordinate charter catering operations, monitor charter requirements, and serve as the primary contact for charter-related onboard services
Investigate service irregularities, respond to inflight reports, and support corrective action planning and implementation
Maintain documentation, including galley specifications, onboard product records, and operational procedures
Promote a culture of safety by supporting hazard reporting, risk assessments, workplace inspections, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Remain informed of scheduled flight operations and provide operational support as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting of catering equipment and commissary products
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts, as required
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)

Bonus Qualifications

Previous airline experience (e.g., passenger services, ramp operations, catering, charter operations, flight attendant experience)
Knowledge of cargo load control, aircraft limitations, and ground handling services
