Support operational excellence: Maintain recurring processes, controls, coordinate issue resolution and improve ways of working across the loyalty program.

What you bring :

Experience in loyalty, customer strategy, program management, marketing, product or a related discipline.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work in a complex, matrixed organization and move initiatives from ambiguity to execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret research, customer data and business performance and turn findings into practical recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and recommendations for senior audiences.

Strong project management, organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Sound judgment and comfort working with customer policies, program rules, financial considerations and legal or privacy requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word; experience with customer research, loyalty platforms or data visualization is an asset.

We’re always looking for great talent! In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
