You'll be immersed in the Canalta Hotel world assisting our guests to ensure they have a Legendary experience by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments! Next Level Guest Service: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch guest service agents
Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent our values and culture in person, on the telephone and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
Deliver Stellar Service: Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests' needs and creating unforgettable moments
Welcome Guests with a Smile: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with ease
Be a Problem Solver: Take on challenges and be empowered to resolve guest issues. Turn obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide exceptional service by anticipating their needs, handling check-ins and check-outs, and resolving guest concerns. Represent the hotel’s values, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and follow hotel guidelines and safety measures.

Requirements

A customer-focused attitude and friendly, engaging personality are sought; prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, work well with a team, and be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
