Skip Tracing Specialist

Are you a skilled investigator with a passion for locating hard-to-reach individuals? Join our Auto Finance and Bad Debt Recovery Team as a Skip Tracing Specialist and help us recover what matters! 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Utilize social media platforms, search engines, and skip tracing tools to locate debtors and or assets. 
• Conduct credit bureau scrubs to gather and verify critical information. 
• Analyze credit applications for potential leads to assist in recovery efforts. 
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to maximize recovery success. 
• Maintain full compliance with all regulations and company policies. 
• Collaborate with the recovery team to support successful debt resolution. 
   
   

What you bring 

• Proficiency in skip tracing techniques, including social media and search engine tools. 
• Experience analyzing credit bureau reports and credit applications for leads. 
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively for timely follow-ups. 
• Knowledge of compliance regulations in auto finance and debt recovery. 
• Experience in auto finance or debt recovery is a plus.

This role is a hybrid work structure, with 50% of your time spent in office and 50% working from home. This could change based on the needs of the business.
