  • Perform overnight front desk and guest service duties
  • Check guests in and out and assist with requests
  • Complete nightly audit and financial reports
  • Reconcile daily transactions and cash
  • Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe environment
  • Prepare reports for the morning team
  • Handle overnight calls and guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk

Requirements

  • Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic accounting and computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently overnight
  • Reliable, professional, and security-conscious
  • Flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
