Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Sales Specialist identifies and engages prospective clients, conducts sales presentations, and develops tailored proposals that align with customer needs. The position involves managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, and closing new business, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. The Sales Specialist collaborates with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and ongoing client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales activities, preparing reports, participating in local market initiatives, and providing feedback on opportunities to improve products and services.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Experience in Training and Sales Management or leadership of sales initiatives is an asset.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area and travel locally to client locations as needed.
Comfort with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar software to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
Knowledge of food services, vending, or workplace hospitality solutions is an advantage.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional proficiency in English; French language skills are a strong asset for working with local clients.
