Implement infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and deployment automation to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to continuously enhance deployment processes, automation, and DevOps best practices.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps Engineer supporting Azure cloud environments and enterprise data platforms.
Strong expertise designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment configuration.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or ARM Templates, along with PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
Experience with Git version control, Azure security, identity management, and secrets management using Azure Key Vault.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Bonus Points For

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
Experience implementing Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for platform monitoring and operational support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, cloud governance, and enterprise security best practices.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migration, data platform modernization, or analytics transformation initiatives.
Financial services consulting or regulated industry experience.

Why Join Capco
