About The Job You’re Considering

Join a high-impact team transforming product lifecycle management for leading global organizations. As a PLM Functional Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and optimizing PLM solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation across engineering and manufacturing environments. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT professionals to deliver best-in-class PLM solutions leveraging platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, and Windchill. If you are passionate about solving complex business challenges, improving processes, and enabling organizations to maximize the value of their PLM investments, this role is for you.

Your Role

Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate PLM capabilities, system integrations, current processes, and operational challenges while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements and define future-state solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Perform detailed fit-gap analyses and assess existing business processes to recommend optimized solutions and implementation strategies.
Document and map current-state (As-Is) processes, define use cases, and design future-state (To-Be) processes that improve efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and IT delivery teams to communicate requirements, resolve solution gaps, and support successful implementations.
Lead user acceptance testing, solution validation, and deployment readiness activities to ensure business requirements are met.
Drive user adoption by developing and delivering training, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Your Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in PLM and business process transformation supporting engineering and product development organizations.
Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, or Windchill, including requirements gathering, process analysis, configuration, and implementation support.
Strong expertise in facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools, with the ability to document, analyze, and optimize complex business processes.
Experience performing data analysis, data validation, and data qualification to support solution design, decision-making, and successful project delivery.
Working knowledge of engineering tools including CATIA V5, Optegra, and OpenText, combined with strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills to drive measurable business value.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: ($44,951 - $105,456) per year.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
