Lieu : Mirabel (3 jours par semaine en présentiel)
Ce poste soutient la stratégie et la planification des ressources de bout en bout (End-to-End Resource Strategy & Planning).
Le candidat idéal combine une solide expertise en PMO (bureau de gestion de projets) avec une expérience en planification des ressources, gouvernance de portefeuille et initiatives de transformation.
Responsabilités
- Planification des ressources et de la capacité
- Gouvernance de la gestion de portefeuille
- Structuration WBS/OBS (Structure de découpage du travail / Structure organisationnelle)
- Gestion des risques et des opportunités
- Processus PMO et production de rapports
- Activités de gestion du changement représentant environ 50 % du mandat
Domaines d'intervention
- Planification de la main-d'œuvre, capacité des ressources et gestion de portefeuille
- Transformation de la planification des ressources
- Gouvernance, planification, outils et processus de planification
- Forte composante PMO et stratégie des ressources, avec environ 50 % de gestion du changement
Exigences
- De 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en tant que PMBP ou au sein d'un PMO
- Solide expérience en gouvernance et en production de rapports
- Excellentes aptitudes en gestion des parties prenantes
- Expérience dans le soutien de programmes de transformation
- Capacité à travailler en présentiel à Mirabel 3 jours par semaine
- Français obligatoire; anglais requis pour la lecture
- Expérience dans le secteur aérospatial ou dans d'autres secteurs du transport (ferroviaire, automobile ou fabrication à grande échelle)

Requirements

- Ability to work onsite in Mirabel 3 days per week
- French mandatory, English for reading.
- Experience In aerospace or other transport (rail, automobile, large scale manufacturing)
