Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with expertise in AI Builder, Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions for business automation, customer interaction, and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on LLM-based AI systems, conversational AI, and machine learning-driven automation, with experience building scalable, production-ready solutions. Experience in data integration and connecting Copilot Studio to data sources such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs is required.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective AI solutions.
Build and maintain scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365.
Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Azure AI tools.
Optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Document and communicate AI solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate AI technologies such as LLMs, SLMs, and embeddings, as well as architectures including orchestration patterns and RAG, when developing solutions.
Specify or implement AI platform improvements, including fine-tuning and training custom machine learning models.

Required Skills

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot, and related architecture and design practices.
Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and C#.NET.
Proven experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Experience with iterative/agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills

Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture patterns.
Experience with full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Experience with delivery management.
Comfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience building web applications.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80,000 to 95,652

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
