Role Summary:

Seeking a Guidewire / A360 Data & Reporting SME to support the Earnix pricing rollout and Guidewire Infocenter reporting needs. This role will focus on data extraction, reporting, validation, pipeline development, Cognos support, and state-specific rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop state-specific data pipelines for Earnix pricing rollouts. Build reusable, configurable pipeline patterns to support future state deployments. Support data extraction, dataset testing, Earnix uploads, defect fixes, validation, and pricing troubleshooting. Serve as an A360 / Guidewire SME for reporting, extraction, and validation. Provide support for IBM Cognos reporting, including report development, scheduling, user administration, Framework Manager updates, and upgrade testing. Participate in requirements workshops, gap analysis, change requests, QA validation, and business testing. Review existing processes, tune report performance, and recommend improvements. Mentor and guide new team members.

Required Skills:

Guidewire Info center, A360, IBM Cognos, Framework Manager, SQL, data modeling, reporting validation, data pipelines, and insurance pricing/rating experience.

They provide technical expertise, drive innovation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality, scalable, and reliable data infrastructure and solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 73000 - 81213

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
